摘　　要：在总结世界田径运动的发展态势和分析世界田径运动持续发展成因的基础上,提出中国田径运动的发展必须按照运动项目规律,完善训练与管理体制,加强科学选材与科技兴体,强化教练员队伍建设,优先发展优势项目,扬长避短,走可持续发展之路。This paper proposed that the development of track and field in China must follow the principles of the events,perfect the training and administration systems,reinforce the scientific selection and develop sports through science and technology.More chances should be given to the coaches in further study.Priority should be given to the advantageous events and efforts should be made to avoid inferiority and to carry on superiority.
