摘　　要：中小企业集聚形成群落已成为一种普遍现象 ,企业群落的形成是由集中、交易效率 (或市场 )、分工三个因素相互促进、累积循环、共同演进而成的 ;企业群落的演进过程一般会经过萌芽、初级、完善、成熟和升级五个阶段 ,但也并非所有企业群落都精确地沿着这一历程发展。在不同阶段 。Enterprise clusters, which are assembled by small and medium-sized enterprises and formed through the interaction of assembling, trade efficiency (or market) and division of labor, have now become a universal phenomenon. The evolution process of enterprise clusters usually involves five stages germination, embryo, consummation, maturation and upgrading. However, not all enterprise clusters develop exactly through the five stages, and the major problems facing enterprise clusters differ at different phases.
