摘　　要：从太原选煤厂成功进行的质量分析会入手,分析了市场经济条件下企业应如何更好地加强其内部管理以适应竞争激烈的市场环境,并对现代企业管理理念的特征进行了分析。Starting from the quality analysis meeting that was successfully held in Taiyuan Coal Washery, this paper analyzes how the enterprise to strengthen its internal management well to fit in with the market environment with drastic competition, and analyzes the features of the conception of the management of the modern enterprise.
