葡萄胎组织中HSP70的表达及与其预后的关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨热休克蛋白 70的表达与葡萄胎侵袭恶变的关系。方法 :采用Western免疫组织化学法检测 4 8例葡萄胎组织石蜡标本中HSP70的表达情况。结果 :4 8例观察标本中 ,侵袭组的HSP70表达阳性率显著高于未恶变组 (p <0 .0 1) ;滋养细胞由轻度至重度增生过程中 ,HSP70表达阳性率逐渐增高。中重度组的HSP70表达阳性率显著高于轻度增生组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :侵袭性葡萄胎组织的HSP70表达明显高于未恶变的葡萄胎组织。葡萄胎组织中HSP70过度表达者与其恶性程度增高有关。Objective:To study the expression of HSP70 in hydatidiform mole and to examine its relation with the development of invasive mole. Method: Histological sections of sample from 48 cases of hydatidiform mole were examined for the expression of HSP70 by Immunohistochemistry methods. Result:In 48 trial specimens,the expression of HSP70 in the Invasive group was stronger than the hydatidiform mole.HSP70 expression in trophoblastic mild proliferation was significantly lower than in middle and high proliferation(P<0.01). Conclusion: Expression of HSP70 is increased in hydatidiform mole which develops into invasive mole.The increased expression of HSP70 in hydatidiform mole may influence the development of invasive mole,and is probably associated with the malignant change of tumor.
