摘　　要：本文对情报研究人员的基本素质要求和基本能力要求进行了详细叙述。基本素质要求包括政治素质要求、专业技术素质要求和心理素质要求 ;基本能力要求包括分析研究能力要求和组织协调能力要求。最后 ,列举了当前培养情报研究人员的主要方式。The paper gives a detailed description of the basic literacy requirement and basic ability requirement of information analysis personnel.The basic literacy requirement includes political literacy,professional technical literacy and psychological literacy;the basic ability requirement includes analysis and research ability and organization and coordination ability.Finally,the paper lists the present main patterns of cultivating information analysis personnel.
