摘　　要：在后基因组时代,对胶质瘤组织重构过程中的组织病理学、细胞遗传学及其相应分子改变的深入研究,为胶质瘤的分子病因、恶性进展、分子分型、基因治疗靶点筛选及预后评估研究提供有价值的参考依据。全文介绍了在该领域的相关研究进展。Recent studies on histopathology,cytogenetics,and relevant molecular changes during tissue remodeling process of glioma may offer valuable references for study on molecular etiology, malignant progression,molecular subtyping,target screening for gene therapy,and prognostic evaluation against glioma.This paper reviews the relevant advances in the field of post-genomic studies on glioma.
