摘　　要：细胞周期素是细胞周期调节的重要因子,和膀胱肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。细胞周期素的表达对判断肿瘤的生物学特征、预后有重要的意义,针对细胞周期素的特异抑制剂有望为膀胱癌的防治提供新的策略。Cyclins are key factors in the regulation of cell cycle and play crucial roles in the pathogenesis and development of bladder neoplasm.Expression profile of cyclins had important significance in the judgment of biological characteristics and prognosis of bladder cancer. Specific inhibitors of cyclins will provide better prevention and treatment strategies for bladder cancer.
