摘  要:本文从对日本新世纪学力低下激烈争论的梳理和日本战后学力争论的历史考察出发,尝试剖析了日本学力争论的实质及其背后的理论与社会危机,指出日本东亚型现代化的终结是学力低下的实质原因,对新自由主义思潮影响下日本教育改革的质疑是本次学力低下争论的主旨。This article starts with the understanding of the fierce dispute over the 'Drop of Ability -achievement' in the new century of Japan and the history of the dispute since the World War Ⅱ. It tries to analyze the nature and the theories and social crises behind the dispute. It points out that the end of the East Asia type of modernization in Japan is the fundamental reason for the drop of ability - achievement. The purpose of the argument over the drop of ability - achievement is an expression of the disagreement with the education reform in Japan under the influence of the new liberalism.
