摘　　要：青年教师是高等学校教师队伍中最具有活力的一支生力军,是教育事业的未来和希望。如何培养出一支高素质、高水平的青年教师队伍,这关系到高等教育在未来发展中的成功与失败。因此,加快培养青年教师的步伐,尽快使他们成长起来,是高等学校师资队伍建设的一件具有战略意义的大事。Young teachers are the most vigorous ranks in colleges and universities, the future and the hope of career in education. How to cultivate young teachers with high quality and high level has an important bearing on our success and failure in future development of higher education Therefore , quickening the step of cultivating young teachers is an very important event with strategic meaning in the construction of teachers ranks of colleges and universities.
