摘　　要：目的 研究建立鱼腥草注射液指纹图谱的检测方法。方法 采用气相色谱法测定鱼腥草注射液挥发性成分。挥发性成分采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取。结果 建立了鱼腥草注射液指纹图谱的分析检测方法,并验证了方法的可行性。结论 本法重现性好,稳定性佳,可用于鱼腥草注射液指纹图谱研究。Objective To develop a chromatographic fingerprinting method for determination of Herba houttuyniae injection. Method GC was used to analyze the volatile constituents and hydrodistillation was employed to extract them. Results The fingerprint analytic method was established and the methodological evaluation showed that the method had a good repeatability, precision, and stability. Conclusion This method is convenient and rapid. It can be used to analyze Herba houttuyniae injection.
