摘　　要：溶血磷脂酸是一种对血细胞和血管壁具有多种作用的磷脂类分子,由活化血小板和低密度脂 蛋白在轻度氧化过程中产生和释放,在动脉粥样硬化和心脑血管病中起着极为重要的作用。溶血磷 脂酸及其受体信号转导系统为动脉粥样硬化和缺血性心脑血管病的早期干预和防治提供了新的靶 点。Lysophosphatidic acid is a phospholipids molecule, which has multiple effects on blood cells and vessel walls. It is produced and released by the activated platelets and low density lipoprotein during mild oxidation. Lysophosphatidic acid plays a very important part in atherosclerosis and ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases. Lysophosphatidic acid and its receptor signal transduction system have provided the new targets for the early intervention and treatment of atherosclerosis and ischemic cardio-cerebrovascular diseases.
