摘  要:研究目的通过对兔心中心纤维体和主动脉壁的代谢酶观察,探讨该两种组织的代谢途径。研究背景中心纤维体和主动脉壁的组织学和亚微结构观察已有报道,但是,用组织化学方法探讨其代谢途径的文献尚不多见。研究方法利用40只杂种成兔,击头致死后3~5分钟取出心脏。恒冷箱切片。用Joo氏法显示胆碱脂酶,Diengdoh氏法显示单胺氧化酶,用Preston氏法显示乳酸脱氢酶,用Godlewski氏法显示磷酸化酶。结果中心纤维体和主动脉壁中层的细胞乳酸脱氨酶、磷酸化酶和单胺氧化酶呈强阳性反应,胆碱脂酶为弱阳性或阴性。结论中心纤维体和主动脉壁代谢较低,以无氧代谢为主,具有较强的抗缺氧能力。Objective To search for metabolic way ofcentral fibrous body and aorta wall heart in rabbitby observation of metabolic enzyme in the two tls—SUCS. Background The histologic andaltrastrucnJral observation of central fibrous bodyand aorta wall of rabbit heart have been studied,but the research paper of enzyme histochemistry inthem are rarely reported. Method The hearts of 40 aduIt hybrid rab—bits were taken within 3-5 min after death.Sec.tions were cut in a cryostat and stained by the fol·lowing histochemical techniques.The activity ofcholinesterase was demonstrated by the method ofJoo,Dienghoh’S method was applied for demon—stration of monoamine oxidase.Preston‘S methodwas employed for demonstrating lactatedehydrogenase.The activity of phosphrylase wasexamined by the method as described byGodlewski. Results The activities of lactatedehydrogenase,phosphOrylases and monoamineoxidase in central fibrous body and aorta wallwere higher than those of adjacent tissue.Cholinesterase was weak activity 01。negative. Conclusion The metabolism of central fi.brous bodY and aorta wall is lower level,andanaerobic glycolysis is main metabolic way,whichmay resist lack of oxygen in those tissue
