摘　　要：探讨了高职高专人才培养工作水平评估导向问题,提出要强化宏观管理指导,规范高职教育办学行为;强化重要指标观测,引导高职高专院校建设发展;强化特色创新机制,促进人才培养水平提高等对策.This paper proves into the issue of the guiding principle of assessment of training level of the personnel in higher vocational and technical colleges and points out that it is important to intensify the macro managerial guidance, to regulate the activities for running the higher vocational education. It is also essential to strengthen the observation of the important standard in order to lead the development of the colleges and to improve the speciality of the creative system to foster the level of training the personnel.
