摘　　要：本文作者经过多年的教学实践，主要从六个方面阐述了在体育教学中如何做好教书育人工作，发挥教师在课堂的主导作用，进而做到让学生自觉的、科学的进行体育锻炼，使之成为德、智、体全面发展的有用之才。The writer has a experience of some years in PE teaching. In this article, he mainly e- laborates in sixth ways how to teach and educate students in PE teaching, how to make the most of the leading function of the teacher in class in order to make the students take exercise willinyly and scentifically and become useful people whose morality, intellet and physics are thoroughly devel- oped.
