摘　　要：战略联盟是近二十年来迅速发展起来的一种企业参与战略。本文结合我国的西部大开发,通过分析企业在战略联盟中对知识的获取与其谈判实力的变迁,提出了我国西部企业如何有效地在战略联盟中进行学习和发展的要点。Strategic alliance is a rapid developing enterprise - concerned strategy in the last 20 years. Combined with the current western development of China, this paper presents some points on how the Chinese enterprises study and develop in strategic alliances, by analyzing enterprises'access to knowledge and the vicissitudes of their power in negotiation in a strategic alliance.
