摘　　要：阐述了指导学生毕业论文的理论和实践 ,强调在选题论证、文献检索、选取实验材料、设计实验方案、制定进度计划、配制试剂、调试仪器、实验操作、结果分析、毕业论文写作等环节中 ,要精心指导 ,严格管理 ,才能提高教学效果 。The paper expounds the theory and practice of instructing the graduation thesis and emphasizes that the instruction and management must be elaborated and strengthened in selecting the subject,retrieving the literature, selecting the experiment material, designing the scheme, working out the progress plan,compounding the reagent, operating the instrument, doing experiments, combing the data and writing the thesis, so that the research ability and creative consciousness of students can be improved.
