多烯康胶丸治疗高脂血症

摘　　要：30例高脂血症患者(男性22例,女性8例;年龄62±12a),其中高胆固醇20例,高甘油三酯16例,血粘度增高28例,经用多烯康胶丸4粒,tid,治疗3mo。结果:甘油三酯下降显著(P<0.01);28例经颅多普勒超声诊断仪测定脑血流变化,发现脑供血改善显著(P<0.001)。提示富含多不饱和脂肪酸的多烯康为防治心脑血管疾病的良药。Thirty patients (M 22, F 8; age 62±12a) were treated with Duoxikang Jiaowan. Among them, 20 patients had hypercholesteremia, 16 had hypertriglyceridemia and 28 had hyperviscosity. The drug was given 4 pills, tid po for 3 mo. Serum triglyceride lowered after 3 mo treatment (P< 0. 01) . Twenty eight patients received transcranial Dopplar examination, that cerebral blood flow velocity showed improvement ( x2 = 56, P<0. 001). The results suggested that Duoxikang Jiaowan, rich in un-saturated fatty acid, is suitable in prophylaxis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular ischemia.
