血活素治疗缺血性脑梗死

摘　　要：用血活素治疗脑梗死40例,剂量10mL加生理盐水100mL, iv, qd×20d,以曲克芦丁(400mg加生理盐水100mL, iv, qd×15d×2个疗程)治疗28例为对照组。结果治疗组总有效率100％,起效快,症状改善显著,血液流变学指标下降,对照组总有效率71％。治疗后头颅CT扫描示病灶明显吸收好转,分别占91％和71％,以治疗组为佳。Forty patients with ischemic cerebral infarction were treated with solcoseryl 10 mL in normal saline 100 mL, iv, qd X 20 d. Another 28 patients received troxerutin 400 mg in normal saline 100 mL, iv, qd X 15 d X 2 to serve as a control. Results showed that the total response rate of the treated group was 100% with quicker onset of efficiency and decrement of hemorheologic indices. The total response rate of the control group was 71%. Reexamination of brain CT scan showed the absorption rate of foci of infarction were 91% and 71%, respectively.
