摘　　要：行政道德具有政治性、示范性和先进性的特点 ,在社会主义道德建设中起着示范、引导和带头作用。因此 ,国家公务员不仅要依法行政 ,而且要以德行政 ,严格遵循行政道德的基本原则和规范 ,做身体力行职业道德的模范。只有这样 ,才能实现为人民服务、做人民满意的公务员的要求。The administrative morality is the professional morality of national administrative organizations and the civil servants. It plays an important role in restraining and correcting the civil servants' deeds and adjusting the relationship between the subject and the object as well as between the subjects. This article introduces the traits and importance of the administrative morality and points it out that only civil servants obey its basic principles and rules can they serve people best.
