高等工科院校应培养21世纪需要的人才

摘　　要：面对知识经济时代 ,本文提出了 2 1世纪我国对高级专门人才的素质要求。针对当前高等学校在人才培养上存在的主要问题 ,提出了一般工科院校人才的培养模式和培养方案 ,以期达到使高校培养的人才能够适应 2 1世纪对人才的需要。At the turning of intelligent economy times which is coming,quality requirments to the higher special talent of our country are considered.For the main problem existing in training of students in the colleges and universities,we propose the training model and the training program for students in general colleges of engineering,so as to adapt themselves to the reqirments of the 21th century.
