摘　　要：本文运用心理知识 ,通过教学实验验证与分析了想象在体育教学、创新教学与发展运动技术中的作用 ,为提高教学质量与运动技术水平提供参考。with psychology knowledge, this study exam the role that imaginary can play in the physical education teaching. This can provide a reference for the improvement of physical education teaching.
