摘　　要：目的 评价高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。 方法 对139例共141个经手术病理证实的乳腺癌高频超声声像图进行回顾性分析。 结果 乳腺癌的高频声像图特征表现,如肿块边缘不光滑占91％,肿块呈宽大于厚的形状占61％,钙化占40％,后方衰减占47％,不规则分叶状占21％,本组高频超声诊断乳腺癌的符合率迭90.8％。 结论 依据乳腺癌在高频超声上的特征性表现,可提高该病的诊断符合率。Purpose To assess the value of diagnosis in palpable breast cancer with high frequency ultrasonography (HFU). Methods We retrospectively analysed the ultrasonographic features of breast cancer with 141 lesions, which confirmed by operation and pathology. Results The irregular and blurred margins (91%), the shapes with wider than thickness(61%), attenuation (47%), calcification (40%) and lobulation (21%) were displayed in breast cancer with 141 lesions. The accuracy rate was 90.8% in the diagnosis of breast cancer by using HFU. Conclusions The diagnosis accuracy can be enhanced if the features are known in HFU of breast cancer.
