摘　　要：为探讨原发性输尿管癌的诊断方法及治疗效果 ,报告原发性输尿管癌 87例。认为尿路造影、膀胱镜检查是最重要的诊断手段 ;CT和MRI对诊断和分期均有帮助 ;输尿管镜检查可提高诊断的准确性。传统的患侧肾输尿管全切及膀胱袖状切除术仍是基本、首选方式。术后应常规、定期行膀胱镜检查及膀胱灌注治疗。cases of primary ureteral carcinoma were reported.The pathological manifestations,the treatment,and especially the diagnostic methods of primary ureteral carcinoma were discussed.It was considered that urography,cystoscopy and ureteroscopy are the most important approaches.CT and MRI were useful for diagnosis and staging.Radical nephroureterectomy and a cuff resection of bladder mucosa should be the treatment of choice.Regular cystoscopy and adjuvant intravesical therapy should be carried out after operation.
