麝珠明目散对豚鼠实验性白内障的作用

摘　　要：３％和６％麝珠明目散滴眼液能显著抑制由Ｄ－半乳糖诱发的实验性白内障豚鼠晶状体混浊度的进展，也能显著减少豚鼠血清ＬＰＯ含量，但对ＳＯＤ活性无明显的影响。提示该药可明显控制、延缓白内障的发生和发展。he effects of the Chinese herb She Zhu Ming Mu San on the t[lrbid degree of. lenses and onthe content of serum lipid Peroxide (LPO) and on the activity of RBC superoxide dismutase(SOD) in guinea pigs with experimental induced by D-galactose were observed. The re-sults showed that 3% or 6% She Zhu Mind Mu San eye drops inhibited the development of tur-bid degree of lenses significantly (P<0. 01), and decreased the content of LPO differently (P<0.05. P<0. 001). The actions of 6 % She Zhu Ming Mu San were mote significant thanthose o 3% She Zhu Ming Mu San. They had no significant effect on the activity of SOD (P>0.05). This study indicated that She Zhu Ming Mu San could inhibit and delay the occurrenceand development of cataract.
