摘  要:随着计算机技术的发展,计算机辅助设计法(CAD)和基于计算流体动力学 (CFD)和数值传热学的设计方法将是 21世纪管壳式换热器的 2种主要设计方法;同时,为了进行有效的管壳式换热器工艺设计,还需要面对目前存在的诸如多相流动及传热、最优化、传热强化、流体振动、污垢、高粘度流体、物性数据库、湍流、非线性传热、换热器中流动及传热过程的数值模拟等十大挑战性难题,这也是未来的研究方向。With the development of the computer, the method of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and the method based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and numerical heat transfer were believed to be the two most important design tools for the shell-and-tube heat exchangers in the 21st century. Ten challenging problems existing in the design practice, such as the calculations of multi-phase flow heat exchanger, optimization of design, (enhancement) of heat transfer, device vibration resulted from the fluid flow, fouling, design for the flow with high (viscosity), database building of physical properties of heat transfer media, turbulence in heat transfer, non-linear heat transfer problems, numerical simulation of flow and heat transfer etc., were also analyzed and the future (research) directions were given.
