摘　　要：本文阐述了新世纪，我国高等教育自学考试面临的形势和主要任务；高等教育自学考试改革与发展目标的选择和对策措施。This thesis illustrates the new situation and the main task that the self study examination faces in our country in the new century.It also discussed the examination reform,the selection of the development goal and countermeasures.
