摘　　要：21世纪是一个知识经济时代，是机遇与挑战并存的时代。从这一大的时代背景出发，探讨新世纪的人才问题，他们不具备了德、能、识、体的协调统一，还要具有善于创造、超前等方面的素质才能胜任历史负于的重任，并进一步提出达到这些素质的几种有效途径。21st century is the time of economy knowledge and that of opportunity and challenge. In the background of the great time,something about the personnel in the new century is discussed. Personnel cannot prove equal to the important task given by the history until they satisfy the requirement of the coordination of morality, ability, knowledge and physique. Several effective ways to reach the qualities are put forward.
