摘　　要：为了贯彻中共中央国务院《关于进一步加强农村卫生工作的决定》，对当前农村卫生技术人员的学历教育问题，进行探索。在调查当前农村卫生技术人员现状的基础上，提出了农村卫生技术人员的学历教育要有章可循、有法可依，从而保证农村卫生技术人员的学历教育健康发展。In order to carry out the document of the State Co uncil of the Centural committee of the Communist Party of China'the Decision on Further the Rural Hygiene Work',we are going to do some research work about the rural hygiene technicians' certifica te education.According to our investigation into the rural hygiene technicians' status quo,we put out our idea that the rural hygiene technicians' certificate e d ucation must abide by the rules and laws,and ensure the technicians' education t o make further progress smoothly.
