摘　　要：系统了解培训实施前的一些必要准备程序可以减少培训在实施过程中存在的误区。本文从成人及其学习的特点以及培训的一些相关理论出发，分析了在具体实施一项培训之前需要做的一些准备工作。The misleading training practice can be avoided by kn owing the necessary preparation work before a training.In the thesis, the aut hor shows the procedure which should be followed by the trainers before a traini ng is implemented on the basis of the characteristics of adult leaning and some relative theories.
