摘　　要：近年来、成人教育日益得到关注。作为成人学习方式的自我导向学习亦被称为未来成人教育的根本目标之一。本文介绍自我导向学习的内涵，探讨各哲学流派对自我导向学习的认识，以期能对当今的成人教育带来一点思考。In recent years, adult education is increasingly pai d close attention to. Self-directed learning is a learning style which is one o f t he basic aims of future adult education. This article introduces the connotation of self-directed learning, and discusses philosophy schools understanding of s e lf-directed learning in hope that it can bring thinking about adult education n owadays.
