成人高等学历教育中生源竞争因素的博弈分析

摘　　要：本文根据博弈理论，对成人高等学历教育中生源竞争的主要因素进行了博弈分析，指出了不同类型、层次的成人教育学校应采取的最佳生源竞争策略，同时，对规范成人学历教育生源竞争市场，提高成人办学水平等方面提出了一些改革的建议。This paper analyses those main factors of competition about examinee occurring in adult altitude education with the game theory, and p oints out the best competing strategies that different types and administrative levelss of schools conducting adult education should adopt. It also brings forwa rd so me suggestions to make the examinee market of adult education as clear as a bell .
