羟基喜树碱膀胱内灌注治疗膀胱癌18例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察羟基喜树碱膀胱内灌注治疗晚期膀胱癌和膀胱癌术后复发患者的治疗效果与不良反应。方法 :对 18例晚期膀胱癌或膀胱癌术后复发患者采用羟基喜树碱 2 0mg加生理盐水 10 0ml膀胱内灌注 ,每周一次 ,连用 6次～ 8次 ,观察近期疗效和不良反应。结果 :羟基喜树碱膀胱内灌注治疗晚期膀胱癌和膀胱癌术后复发患者的疗效明显 ,CR 4例 ,PR -10例 ,总有效率为 77. 8% ,无明显不良反应。结论 :羟基喜树碱膀胱内灌注治疗晚期膀胱癌或膀胱癌术后复发是有效的方法之一 。Objective:To observe the therapeutic and side effects of intravesical infusion with hydroxyl camptothecin in treatment of late stage and postoperative recurrent bladder cancers.Methods:18 cases of late stage or recurrent urinary bladder cancer received hydroxyl camptothecin fomg in 0.9% saline 100 ml by intravesical infusion once a week,for succesive 6～8 times.The therapeutic and adverse effects were observed.Results:The intravesical infusion with hydroxyl camptothecin is effective for late stage and recurrent bladder cancers,with 4 CRs and 10 PRs and the overal response rate of 77.8%.No significant adverse effects were observed.Conclusion:Intravesical infusion with hydroxyl camptothecin is an effective treatment for late stage and recurrent bladder cancer and worth further apploication.
