摘 要:采用180只1日龄Arbor Acre肉鸡(♂)研究日粮中氯、镁离子水平对肉仔鸡胫骨软骨发育异常(TD)的影响。日粮中氯为2个水平(0.15%,0.35%);镁为3个水平(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)。高氯可以诱发TD的产生(P<0.05),镁可以减轻由氯的增加而产生的TD的严重程度。血液中氯、镁离子浓度随日粮中氯离子水平的增加而升高(P<0.05),血钙浓度反而下降(P<0.05)。血磷浓度随镁离子水平的升高而增加(P<0.01)。骨骼中镁离子沉积量增加时,钙的沉积量下降。随日粮中氯离子水平增加,日增重明显增加(P<0.01)。随镁离子水平增加,日增重下降(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,日粮中氯离子含量高时可以诱发TD的产生,同时改善生长速度。A 2×3 factorial experiment was conducted to assess the effects of dietary chloride, and magnesium on tibial dyschondroplasia (TD). Day-old male broilers (n=180) were allotted to six dietary treatments with three replicate pens of ten chicks for 21 days. Chicks fed high level of dietary Cl had high incidence and severity of TD which were ameliorated by dietary supplementation of Mg. As dietary chloride increased the levels of serum Cl and Mg increased (P<0.05) and serum Ca level decreased (P<0.05). Elevated level of dietary Mg resulted in an increasing of serum phosphorus. The increasing deposition of bone Mg resulted in a lowering of bone Ca deposition. It was concluded that high dietary level of Cl is an important inducing factor of TD.
