氟尿嘧啶低剂量持续静脉输注治疗晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤46例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 5 -氟尿嘧啶 ( 5 FU)低剂量持续静脉输注治疗晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 :分析我院应用 5 FU低剂量持续静脉输注为主联合化疗治疗晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤 46例临床资料。全部患者均给予 5 FU持续静脉泵入 ,泵入速度为 2mL/h维持3 60h ,均按计划完成化疗 2个周期以上。结果 :治疗达到PR 2 2例 ,SD 18例 ,PD 6例 ,有效率为 47 8% ( 2 2 /4 6)。毒副反应较轻 ,大多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级消化道反应及骨髓抑制。结论 :5 FU低剂量长时间持续静脉输注为主的联合化疗 ,是消化系统恶性肿瘤安全有效的化疗途径 。OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical therapeutic effect in patients with advanced malignant neoplasm of digestive system treated with low dose of 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) continuous intravenous infusion.METHODS:The clinical data of 46 patients who were treated with combined chemotherapy based on low dose of 5-FU continuous intravenous chemotherapy in our hospital were analyzed. All patients were treated with 5-FU continuous intravenous infusion at the speed of 2 mL/h for 360 hours, and following the plan all patients finished 2 chemotherapeutic cycles at least.RESULTS:Among the total 46 cases, there were 22 PR, 18 SD and 6 PD cases, and the overall response rate was 47.8%(22/46). The main adverse effects includingⅠ-Ⅱgrade digestive tract toxicities and bone marrow depression were mild.CONCLUSIONS:Combined chemotherapy based on low dose of 5-FU continuous intravenous infusion is a safe and effective therapy for malignant neoplasm of digestive system deserved clinical generalization.
