摘　　要：阐明了第三方咨询的实质内涵,论述指出第三方咨询机构产生的必要性和可能性,认为第三方咨询机构缺位的现状是由企业方面的外部原因与咨询业自身的内部原因所造成的。据此,提出树立社会咨询意识、提高咨询业务水平、科学管理咨询市场等措施,以期帮助第三方咨询机构摆脱发展的困境,使信息化建设走上健康、良性的发展轨道。In the course of the enterprise informationization, various kinds of questions and contradictions appear constantly. To meet the need of enterprise development, the third party for consultation serving for enterprise informationization has appeared. However, restricted by a great deal of conditions, the development of the third party for consultation serving for enterprise informationization has been fluctuating all the time, which causes the enormous risk for enterprises. In this article, the authors explain the possibility and necessity of the appearance of the third party for consultation, and analyze policies with a hope to promote the development of the third party consultation.
