摘　　要：ps1104是三菱公司生产的新型智能功率模块。它把功率器个、整流电路和保护逻辑电路集于一体。本文着重介绍了ps11014的特性和内部结构,以及在精密伺服系统中的应用。结果证明采用ps11014模块设计的伺服系统电路简单、稳定、可靠。ps11014 is a new type IPM,which is produced by Mitsubishi.Power devices,devices,rectifier circuit and protection circuit are integrated in a Power Module.the characteristic and internal structer of ps11014 are mainly introduced in this paper,, and ps1104 is applied in a precision servo system.The experiment result proves that the servo system designed with ps11014 is simple,stable and reliable.
