摘 要:用成熟豚鼠原代肝细胞与胎肝细胞(FLC)输注前后采集的重症肝炎血清一起孵育,以氚-胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-dTdR)标记DNA,观察肝细胞生长时所摄取3H-dTdR量。结果表明,同种胎肝细胞提高重症肝炎血清中肝细胞再生因子(HGF)的活性,并发现HGF活性值在输注FLC后12h达高值,而后逐渐下降,48h后接近输注前水平。Primary liver celle of matrue guinea pig were inoculated with serum collected from patients with severe viral hepatitis(SVH) before and after transfusing fetal liver cells. The more the activity of regenerating factor in serum from patients with SVH, the better the patients prognosis will be. The maxi real activity of hepatic regenerating factor obtained in 12 hours after transfusing fetal liver cells,and then the activitor was lowered gradually. The activity returned to normal in 48 hours after transfusion.
