摘　　要：走出去,是中国企业自身发展的必然选择,是全球最优化配置资源、占领国际市场的客观要求,中国企业在"走出去"的过程中必须科学地进行海外直接投资决策,包括做好投资与否的决策、投资行业的决策、投资区位的决策、投资方式的决策、经营管理方式的决策等。The optimization of the Globe Resources and penetrating of International Market as well as the development of Corp. itself, objectively require China Corp. to go abroad. In this process of going out, China Corp. must form a scientific policy-making system of foreign directinvestment, which includes the policies of investing or not, what industry to invest, where to invest, how to invest and how to manage its subordinate corps. This article just tries to solve these problems mentioned above.
