摘　　要：报导34只家兔(59眼)眼内注射国产甲基硅油的实验研究。经临床、光电镜、角膜内皮镜及ERG等观察,早期对玻璃体及视网膜功能无影响,有较久顶压网膜裂孔等优点。结果表明国产硅油可应用于临床。文章对硅油理化性质和对眼组织引起的改变进行讨论。后期它可引起一些并发症,建议注油后半年最好取出硅油。Thirty-four rabbits (59 eyes) treated with intraocular Chinese methyl silicone oil injection are reported. Toxicity, as measured by clinical observation, light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, specular microscopy, and electroretinography, were minimal. The silicone oil did not disturb the vitreous and retina in the early time and has persistent compression to the retinal hole, so it can be used clinically. Its physical and chemical nature and toxicity to the eyes are also discussed in the article. In view of the later complications, the oil should be removed within half a year.
