摘　　要：用国产肌电图仪检查了69条眼外肌(上斜肌20条,其它眼外肌49条),结果表明正常人上斜肌动作电位的波幅(92.0±16.8uV)明显低于其它眼外肌(185.1±21.2uV;t=5.875,P<0.001)。认为这一现象可能与上斜肌解剖学特殊有关。讨论了国产仪器检查眼外肌的技术细节与方法问题。评价了该仪器的临床应用价值。The superior obliques and the other extraocular muscles(69 ones in all)were examined with the electromyograph made in China. The results indicate that in normal persons the amplitude of action potentials in the superior obliques (92.0±16.8uV)is significantly lower than that in the other extraocular muscles (185.1±21.2uV) t=5.875, P<0.001). We hold that this phenomenon may be relative to the anatomic peculiarity of the superior obliques. The details concerning some techniques and methods for examining those muscles with the electromyograph are deseribed.
