摘  要:兔前眼部碱烧伤后4小时、24小时和72小时,房水中丙二醛含量与正常相比明显升高(4小时P<0.001,24小时和72小时P<0.05);SOD活力与正常相比明显下降(各时间组P均<0.01)。提示超氧自由基及其代谢产物是导致碱烧伤后组织病理损伤的关键因素。这一次发现有助于指导碱烧伤的治疗。The significant increase in the level of MDA in aqueous humor at different times (4 hours P<0.001, 24 and 72 hours P<0.05) and the significant decrease in the activity of SOD in it (P<0.01) after alkali burns in the anterior part of rabbit eyes, were observed, compared with that in normal aqueous humor. It was suggested that superoxide free radical and its metabolic products be a key factor which involved in the damage of pathology to ocular tissue after alkali burns. The findings would be helpful to guide the treatment of alkali burns.
