周边视野检查在慢性二硫化碳中毒诊断中的临床意义及评价

摘　　要：本文对某化纤厂119名CS_2作业者和52名非接触者进行了周边视野检查,结果表明:CS_2接触者视野损害明显增多,损害多呈双眼,向心性缩小,与工龄、接触浓度及持续吸入的时间呈正向关系,不具有特异性,同时尚对周边视野检查在慢性中毒诊断中的临床应用价值进行了评价,指出:工龄在10年以上者,周边视野损害有重要的临床价值。Peripheral visual field was examined on119 workers exposed to carbon disulfide and52 noncontacts in a chemical fiber plant. Theresults showed there was a considerable increase in the damage, of peripheral visual fieldin the workers exposed to carbon disulfide.The damage, which was nonspecific concentricconstriction, affected both eyes and correlatedwith the length of work, the concentration ofcarbon disulfide and the time of continuedinhalation, The clinical use of peripheral visualfield examination in the diagnosis chronic in-toxication of carbon disulfide was evaluated.The authors indicates that the damage ofperipheral visual field has great clinical valuein those who has worked over to years.
