论网络对政治发展的影响

摘　　要：从政治学的角度看,网络既促进了政治发展,也对现实政治带来了严峻的挑战。网络提高了公民参与的 意识和能力,提供新的政治表达途径,提高政府公共服务的品质,但也可能导致“政治欺骗”、“参与爆炸”、“信息霸权” 等负效应。应加强对网络的法制化管理,促进我国政治的不断发展。From the angle of politics,network not only promotes political development,but also brings about severe challenge to politics. It improves citizens sense and ability of participation, provides new way for them to express politics and promotes the quality of government sevices,yet,it can also lead to such negative effects as 'political fraud','participation in explosion',and 'information supremacy' etc. We should strengthen the management of network and further the development of our politics continuously.
