摘　　要：应用于数字面板表的ADC大致可分为积分型ADC和Σ -ΔADC型。文章结合面板表的特点 ,对两类ADC的结构原理进行了对比分析 ,并对用于面板表的Σ -ΔADC的功能特性进行了介绍。The ADCs that used for digital panel meters can roughly be divided into two kinds:integrating ADC and sigma-delta ADC.In this paper,the structure and principle of these two ADC are compared,the function and characteristic ofΣ-ΔADC are introduced emphatically.
