摘　　要：玉米淀粉制成的全糖粉是近几年发展起来的一种新型糖品,它价格低、糖度低,具有一定黏度,可部分或全部代替蔗糖和葡萄糖。其工艺技术要求严格、生产周期短、成本低。Whole sugar powder produced by corn amylum is a new sweet product. Its price and the sweet degree is low, and it has some viscosity, so it can replace sucrose and grape sugar sectionly or completely. Its technique demand rigorously enforce, its production cycle is short, its cost is low.
