髓母细胞瘤的CT诊断(附42例分析)

摘　　要：报告了经手术与病理证实的42例髓母细胞瘤的CT表现,42例肿瘤均位于后颅窝,35例位于后颅窝中线小脑蚓部,7例位于偏侧。25例肿瘤呈卵圆形,9例呈圆形,3例有分叶,5例呈不规则形。35例肿瘤周围有狭窄之水肿带,肿瘤多边界清楚。3例肿瘤有斑片状钙化,4例有坏死囊变。肿瘤最大5×5×6cm,最小3×2×2cm。36例增强前CT均值为40.8Hu,范围28～50Hu,增强后平均为56.7Hu,范围50～84Hu。42 cases with medulloblastoma confirmed by operation andpathology were reported.The correlation of prognosis with the originalarea of the medulloblastoma,the age of patients and histologic type werestudied.The typical and atypical CT manifestations,the diagnosis,thedifferential diagnosis and the metastatic positions were also discussed.
