聚木糖酶辅助漂白硫酸盐浆的机理及纸浆性质

摘　　要：聚木糖酶 (EC3 2 1 8)能专一性地催化水解硫酸盐浆中的聚木糖而提高硫酸盐浆的可漂性。聚木糖存在于浆中的形式有 :聚木糖衍生有色物、木素 聚木糖复合体、机械性缠绕木素的聚木糖及影响纤维润胀的聚木糖。聚木糖酶在硫酸盐浆含氯漂白流程中的作用底物可能不同于过氧化氢漂白流程中的。聚木糖酶在硫酸盐浆含氯漂白流程前可能作用于机械性缠绕木素的聚木糖或与木素化学键连接的聚木糖 ,从而改善浆的漂白性能 ;而聚木糖酶处理过氧化氢漂白的硫酸盐浆可能作用于与木素化学键连接的聚木糖或聚木糖衍生有色物 ,直接漂白硫酸盐浆。聚木糖和木素在纤维细胞壁和不同的纤维类型中的分布 ,对聚木糖酶辅助漂白硫酸盐浆起至关重要的作用。The positive results obtained with xylanases (EC3.2 .1 .8), which significantly increase fiber bleachability, seem to be a consequence of the selective removal of xylan from the fiber surface, which facilitates the chemical bleaching of lignin-derived substances. Xylan exists in the pulp in va r ious form, i.e. xylan derived chromophores, xylan in lignin-xylan complexes, xy l an that physically entraps lignin or xylan that affects fiber swelling. The targ et substrate for xylanase before chlorine bleaching sequence may differ from tha t after a peroxide bleaching sequence. For the former xylan that entraps lignin or that in the lignin-xylan complexes is attacked by xylanases and their remova l boosts the bleaching, while for the latter, lignin-xylan complexes or xylan de r ived chomophores is attacked by xylanases and their removal leads to direct brig htening. Observations indicate that the distribution of xylan and lignin in diff erent fibers and across the fiber wall plays an important role in xylanase aided bleaching.
