摘  要:目的研究人参皂甙Rb1对脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法观察大鼠海马脑片在缺血条件下顺向群峰电位(orthodromic population spike,OPS)的变化及人参皂甙Rb1对它的影响。结果使用人参皂甙Rb1(600μmol/L)后,可使缺氧损伤电位(hypoxic injury potential,HIP)发生率明显减少(P<0.01),OPS恢复率和OPS恢复程度与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论人参皂甙Rb1有明显的抗脑缺血损伤作用。Objective To invetigaytre the protective effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on ischemic brain injury in vitro. Methods Rat hippocmpal slices and electrophysiological technique were used to study the changes of orthodromic population spike(OPS) during simulated ischemia without and with the administration of ginsenoside Rb 1 in the control and test groups respectively. Results The hypoxic injury potential (HIP) appeared in the slices during simulated ischemia in the control group, and the OPS recovered to certain extent after reoxygenation. In the test group, where ginsenoside Rb 1(600 μmol/L)was added, the appearance of HIP was less marked than in the control group, and after reoxygenation, the recovery rate and amplitude of OPS were significantly higher. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rb1 has protective effects against ischemic brain injury.
