乳腺摄片普查过程中漏误诊的相关因素

摘　　要：乳腺摄片为乳腺癌普查的重要手段 ,但部分患者乳腺片存在着假阴性与假阳性的不足 ,为临床漏误诊埋下了隐患。为减少漏误诊 ,本文搜集近年来国内外部分有关乳腺摄片普查方面的资料进行分析总结认为 ,乳腺摄片技术方面导致乳腺癌普查摄片假阴性与假阳性的因素可为 :乳腺摄影器械质量性能及其相关因素。Mammography is a important method of breast cancer screening,but, there is some shortage of false negative and false positive shown on the breast film,that is the hidden trouble of misdiagnosis and mistaken diagnosis.Part domestic and overseas materials of mammography screening were collected and analysed in this article.The factor of false negative and false positive caused by technology of mammography may be: The factor of instrumental quality and function ,the factor of mammographic position,the factor of film quality,the factor of subject breast density and age.
