枸杞多糖对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞作用的定量细胞化学研究

摘　　要：应用细胞化学定位、定性和定量技术，研究枸杞多糖对ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的作用。结果显示，枸杞多糖能使巨噬细胞数量增加、体积增大、伪足增多、吞噬活力显著增强。细胞内ＤＮＡ、ＲＮＡ及糖原含量增加，酸性磷酸酶、酸性酯酶、酸性ＡＴＰ酶及琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性均显著增强。对各组动物细胞内糖原及酶定量分析，枸杞多糖组与对照组有极显著差异。Effects of lycium barbarum polysaccharides on peritoneal macrophages of BALB/c mice were studied by the techology of qualitative and quantitative analysis and localization of cytochemicals.The resultssho wed that the number of macrophage and its pseudopods were signifi-cantly increased, the cellular vollum enlarged and the activety of phagocy-tosis enhanced. The contents of intracellular DNA, RNA and glycogen were increased, the activeties of intracellular acid phosphatase (AcPase),ancenosine triphosphatase(ATPase),acid α-naphthyl acetic esterase(ANAE) and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)were significantly en-haedd.There was significantly difference between the experimental groups and the contro groups by quantitative analysis for intracellular glycogen and enzyme.
